Support Call Logging System

Support calls are all logged and can be placed either by telephone or email.

Each support call is prioritised in accordance with your preferred Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the system is monitored by our support managers who can project manage your responses and eliminate system downtime as much as possible.

Some of our larger contracted customers prefer to log in to our automated support portal. This allows clients to log calls directly into our system and also see the progress of the calls as they are allocated and tasks are completed to resolve the issues.
